Questions
- Do guests pay or need an app?
- No. Guests scan a QR code and rate in their browser. Pricing is only for businesses.
- What counts toward my menu limit?
- Only active tasting menus. Drafts, paused and archived menus are free to keep, and you can switch which ones are active any time.
- Can I cancel Pro?
- Any time, from Billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. If you then have more active menus than Free allows, the ones activated longest ago are paused — nothing is deleted.
- Is there a contract or setup fee?
- No. $15/month, billed monthly through Stripe. Free needs no credit card.
